WASTE INCINERATION AND RECYCLING

Grainis ltd. Hydrogen Bulgaria works since 2005 on technologies for low-cost generation of Hydrogen and Hybrid-Hydrogen (SOH, MOH) 100% clean and renewable fuels.
Our technologies allow clean power, fuels and valuable hydrocarbon chemicals to be produced literally out of water and air.
We have also designed installations for 100% ultrahigh-temperature (2,500deg.C) full-blast annihilation of all kinds of wastes with parallel production of clean power and fuel, plus various hydrocarbons as diesel, gasoline, jet fuel, methanol, ethanol, methane, ethylene, propylene, formaldehyde, etc., based on the popular Fischer-Tropsch (FT) Cycle.

Here is a schematic diagram of our primary installation for RDF-waste incineration, based on ultrahigh-temperature heating created by hundreds of SOH Gas burners, heating ultra-thermal Zirconis Dispensers
This installation destroys all kinds of waste (except ceramics and glass, which are melted and then crushed down into fine powder), plus in the same time producing Stoichiometric Oxygen-Hydrogen (SOH) Gas, power and heat.

The ultrahigh temperature generated, and the unique properties of the 140deg.C SOH Gas-Plasma Flame allow full deactivation of all kinds of toxic, buio-hazard and even radioactive wastes

Most of the devastating world's Plastic etc. Waste could be eliminated or 100% recycled by introducing the Basalt-Fiber-Composite (BFC) Material & Technology - https://basalt-fiber-composite.alle.bg .

The installation shown above could also produce pure Hydrogen, through its SOH Gas Generator.
This Hydrogen could be used for production of various hydrocarbons as for example fuels : Diesel, Gasoline, Jet Fuel, Methanol, Methane, Ethanol, DME, JPG, plus various valuable feedstock chemicals as Ethylene, Propylene, Formaldehyde, etc.
These chemical processes rest upon the popular Fischer-Tropsch (FT) Cycle which is a collection of reactions between Hydrogen and Carbon Monoxide (CO). - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fischer%E2%80%93Tropsch_process
CO will be extracted out of the fumes, emitted by the Incinerator's Combustion.
CO could be also produced in unlimited volumes out of the CO2 diluted in the atmospheric air.
The CO2 => CO process is based on the reversed water gas shift reaction.
CO2-from-air technology was well developed for the last years by companies like climeworks.com for example.
WASTE INCINERATION AND RECYCLING

All other harmful & toxic gases emitted during the process, will be captured and utilized by Scrubbers .

We are also working on advanced technologies for high-temp waste flame-annihilation through 100% Carbon-Neutral OFO-Biofuel - ofomobile.alle.bg or with more conventional fuels as biogas - biogas.alle.bg , biomethane, bioethanol, biohydrogen, biodiesel - biodiesel.alle.bg , biochar - biochar.alle.bgSGB Powder Fuel - biomass-en.alle.bg  , etc.
